I guess sailing, trekking across desserts, and climbing up on to the roof of the world, the Pamir Mountains, will require some kind of fitness level. So with a year and a half t0 go it’s time to put the junk down and get rid of what’s in the trunk.
So starting today I am undertaking a transformation. My key areas are:
1. Sleep 8 hours a day
2. Eat Clean – no processed foods, organic, whole. Eat Fish and Lean Meats
3. Stretch (the truth wherever I can…ooops – inside voice)
4. Weight training 3-4 x week/cardio alternate days – sex could work here!
5. Lose 40 lbs.
Ugh. Hence the donuts – even the mini ones – are gonna have to go (for now).
